THIRD CULTURES – "MADE IN ITALY”
Third Cultures is not your ordinary food travel show. Host, raconteur, and Righteous Eats co-founder, Jaeki Cho travels to Prato, Italy to explore the growing Chinese immigrant population living there. Through a culinary lens, he examines how this demographic is neither fully Chinese nor fully Italian, but instead something new and distinctly different — a Third Culture. He questions what it means to be Italian, and investigates the cultural interplay between the two worlds, as well as the complications and contradictions that upend our assumptions.
